Likewise Solutions is a price-comparison consultancy based in Mayo, Ireland. We help small businesses across Ireland find better prices on payments, energy, telecoms and finance. Our service is free to you — the provider we match you with pays us.
For the purposes of the GDPR, Likewise Solutions is the data controller for the information you send us. You can reach us at info@likewise.ie.
When you request a quote we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, Eircode, business type, current provider, and details about your service (such as terminal numbers and rental costs for payments).
We also collect the documents you upload — typically a recent bill, or your three most recent monthly bank statements for finance enquiries.
If you apply to become an independent sales agent, we collect your full name, email address, contact number, county and the experience you describe in your application.
We use your details and documents solely to compare providers, find you a better price, and contact you about your quote.
We use partner application details to review your application and contact you about the independent agent opportunity. We do not use application details to compare providers.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the relevant form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@likewise.ie, and we will delete your information.
To find you a better price, we may share your quote details and bills with the providers we compare on your behalf. Partner application details are used by Likewise to review your application, not shared with providers for price comparisons. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for marketing by third parties.
Uploaded documents are stored securely and download links in our notification emails expire after 7 days. We keep your enquiry or application details only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you ask for, after which they are deleted.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
